By accessing nooralbss.com or engaging Nooral Business Setup Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.
2. Services
Nooral provides business setup, licensing, visa, banking, tax and PRO services in the UAE. Detailed scopes and fees are confirmed in a written engagement letter prior to commencement.
3. Government fees
Government fees are pass-through and subject to change by the relevant authority without notice. Nooral is not responsible for changes in regulatory fees.
4. Client obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate information, complete documentation and timely responses. Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information are the client's responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
All content on nooralbss.com — including the Nooral logo, copy, graphics and design — is owned by Nooral Business Setup Services and protected by applicable IP laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooral's liability is limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
